The centenary celebrations BK Model High School, run by Belgaum Education Society, will be held in Belagavi from December 20 to 26.
A series of programmes, including a mega alumni meet, will be organised, school committee chairman Avinash Potdar has said in a release.
The school has made great strides in academic and co-curricular activities. The SSLC pass percentage has consistently remained above 70 with several students getting State and district ranks.
Teams have regularly won awards in several sports events, including cricket and volleyball, the release said.
Various cultural and educational programmes have been scheduled for every evening at 5.30 p.m. from December 20 to 26.
The school offers instruction in Kannada and Marathi medium. It has upgraded its infrastructure facilities, including Atal Tinkering Labs.
Students are involved in Scouts, NCC, Interact Club, sports clubs and cultural activity clubs.
Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, MP Tejaswi Surya, Rajya Sabha member Eranna Kadadi, actor Sachin Pilgaonkar and Girish Oak, director Nagatihalli Chandrashekar and others will be present.
Over 1,500 alumni members have already registered, with daily attendance expected to touch 3,000, Mr. Potdar said.
