Of the 2,34,644 applications received during Revenue Conferences, 2,33,578 complaints have been resolved, Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad informs the Assembly.

The Treasury benches in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly were unhappy with the reply given by Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad on Friday that a majority of the petitions and grievances relating to his department had been addressed.
TDP MLAs Dhulipala Narendra, Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary and others, who raised the question during Question Hour on Friday, said that the petitioners were yet to get justice though they submitted their pleas during the Revenue Sadassulu.
Closing the petitions is not a solution. Rendering justice is necessary. Many stretches of lands are still earmarked under 22 A (prohibited list), making it miserable for the people. Dalits, BCs and everyone are suffering, they said.
Speaker Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu, who was in the Chair, directed that State-level meetings with the District Collectors and Joint Collectors concerned be organised to address the issue. The Chief Minister should also be present, he said.
Mr. Satya Prasad informed the House that 2,34,644 applications were received during the Revenue Conferences. Of these, 1,85,731 were related to revenue matters such as land records, mutations, pattas, and other administrative issues, while 48,913 petitions pertained to survey-related concerns, including boundary disputes and land measurements.
Providing further classification, the Minister said 659 grievances were identified as financial in nature involving compensation or monetary claims, while the remaining 2,33,985 were categorised as non-financial issues.
Mr. Satya Prasad said that 2,33,578 complaints have already been resolved. He described the resolution rate as a significant achievement and evidence of the administration’s commitment to transparent and time-bound grievance redressal.
“Some cases are related to family disputes or court cases. The local elders, sarpanches or MLAs can take a lead in solving them,” the Minister said.
In response, the TDP MLAs asked, “Do you want us to do Panchayats?”.
