A bullet was discovered on the hood of a car belonging to the Director of National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir’s office, Israeli media reported on Thursday night.
The car was “near her [the director’s] home” when the bullet was found, and a complaint has been filed with Israel Police.

Previous threats against Israeli officials
The bullet is not an unprecedented find.
Ben-Gvir himself has previously been the target of multiple assassination attempts, including an explosive drone plot thwarted by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) in September 2025, and a plan to attack him in Kiryat Arba using rocket-propelled grenades in April 2024.
In early December, a Tiberias resident was arrested after threatening to kill Tiberias Mayor Yossi Neveah, as well as construction workers renovating a local promenade, and another was arrested after issuing threats against Druze IDF official and Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) Maj.-Gen. Ghassan Alian.
Two others were arrested in October for allegedly threatening to kill Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
This is a developing story.
