The acquisition, which is part of Integrity360’s continued global expansion plan, marks the platform’s first move into the North American market.
Irish cybersecurity company Integrity360 has announced plans to target the North American market, with the acquisition of Canadian cybersecurity services and solutions provider Advantus360.
Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Advantus360 was established in 2015 and has a presence throughout Canada and the US. The company provides services to a wide range of enterprise customers including organisations in the oil, gas and energy sector, as well as the transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail, mining and services industries.
With the acquisition, Integrity360 will develop Advantus360 to become a significant regional services hub for the group covering Canada and the wider US market. This will include the addition of a new SOC (Security Operations Centre) based in Calgary. Further locations to be added in 2026 include Brussels and Paris, which will join existing SOC’s in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Commenting on the news, Ian Brown, the executive chair at Integrity360 said, “We are really delighted to be welcoming Regan, Stefan and Marci, and indeed the entire Advantus360 team to Integrity360. It was a busy 2025 for Integrity360, with the organisation acquiring a number of companies as part of a wider global strategy. Including, Nclose, a cybersecurity business based out of Cape Town, South Africa, French cybersecurity firm Holiseum, South Africa-based Redshift and Cresco, a Brussels-based security services company.
