A large fire has broken out at an industrial estate in Bangor, County Down.
The Northern Ireland Fire Service (NIFRS) are at the scene of the fire at Balloo Industrial Estate.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) has advised the public to avoid the Balloo Way, in Bangor.
Residents have been advised to keep windows closed due to smoke.
