IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu with representatives of Kondapur Industrial Park in Medak district when they met him at the Secretariat on Wednesday.
IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Wednesday said new projects in Kondapur Industrial Park in Medak district with an investment of ₹1,000 crore are ready for inauguration.
Of the 64 units planned in the industrial park, 36 units have completed construction and all arrangements are on to commence operations. Once operational, they will create employment opportunities for around 5,000 youth, the Minister’s office said in a release on his meeting with representatives of Kondapur Industrialists Association in which TGIIC Managing Director Shashank and other senior officials participated.
Mr. Sridhar Babu directed the officials to resolve all power-related issues by next month. He instructed them to also expedite completion of the approach road connecting the industrial park to the national highway besides highlighting to the offices the need to complete all remaining infrastructure works at the earliest to ensure all the units get into production.
President of the Association K. Shravan Kumar and other leaders as well Government Investments Division Director Madhusudan attended the meeting, the Minister’s office said.
