Siddalinga Swami says there’s severe water crisis, governance failure in Jewargi

Stating that there is a severe drinking water crisis in Andola village and parts of Jewargi taluk in Kalaburagi district, State president of Shiv Sene Siddalinga Swami has said that residents have been struggling for years without assured access to potable water.

Addressing a press conference in Kalaburagi on Tuesday, he said that the Gram Panchayat has failed to function effectively with the Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) visiting the office only once in 15 days and remaining absent thereafter.
